Pilot & Tug
Cabras Marine Corporation provides 24-hour pilot and tug services for both military and commercial vessels. Our tugs comprise the most advanced fleet in the Marianas region and are primarily responsible for escorting large tankers and container ships into and out of Apra Harbor and the Jose D.Leon Guerrero Commercial Port of Guam.
Towing
Cabras Marine Corporation incorporates its tugs and barges to provide port-to-port towing services for vessels, cargo, and heavy equipment up to our maximum load capacities. Through agreements with the U.S. Federal Government, we have provided third-party private entities towing services through the Marianas region, the Philippines, and various Pacific entities.
Transportation & Ferry
Cabras Marine Corporation owns and operates Saipan Crewboats in the Port of Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands (CNMI). Our crewboats are responsible for ferry services for crew members aboard the MPS-3 vessels assigned to both Guam and Saipan.
Spill Response
Cabras Marine Corporation owns and operates Guam’s Oil Spill response Operations Company (OSROCO). Our comprehensive oil/spill response program focuses on safe and compliant on-water operations for prevention, containment, protection, and containment of oil/fuel spills. OSROCO employees are trained and certified to meet Facility Response Team (FRT) requirements commonly known with the U.S. Federal Government.
