Capt. Edgar Jabinigay joined
CABTUG in 1986 after being with SALVTUG in Manila for
six years. He has served as a Harbor Pilot since 1992.
As operations manager, he manages the daily operations
of the tug boats, crew boats, and ocean towing.
Captain
Jabinigay has an unblemished safety record which is
attributed to his level of ability and his concern for
detail. He is greatly respected by local marine
officials and is considered to be highly competent by
his peers.
