Joseph L. Cruz joined Cabras Marine Corporation as a Director after serving ten (10) years with the Guam Airport Authority as the Chief of Administration Services. Joe Cruz joined Cabras Marine in June 1994.

He brings a wealth of experience in management and operations planning, having been chiefly involved in the multi-million dollar Guam Airport Expansion.

Although generally new in the marine industry, Joe Cruz is familiar in working with both Local and Federal agencies and coordinates matters between the two.

Operations Manager/Harbor Pilot

Capt. Edgar Jabinigay joined CABTUG in 1986 after being with SALVTUG in Manila for six years. He has served as a Harbor Pilot since 1992. As operations manager, he manages the daily operations of the tug boats, crew boats, and ocean towing.

Captain Jabinigay has an unblemished safety record which is attributed to his level of ability and his concern for detail. He is greatly respected by local marine officials and is considered to be highly competent by his peers.

Operations Manager/Harbor Pilot

Captain Stanley C. Hall bring over 20 years of marine related experience and is well known throughout Micronesia as a truly professional tug Captain and Harbor Pilot.

Captain Hall is highly respected by Guam Marine Officials, including the U.S. Coast Guard and the Port Auhtority of Guam for his knowledge and expertise.
